Provider and contact
The provider behind Gigolot personally performs every massage. Identity and correspondence address for complaints and written notices appear in the linked PDF appendix.

Service and appointment
The service is an ordinary 60, 90 or 120-minute relaxation massage at the customer’s home or a hotel in the service area. There are no fixed opening hours; every massage requires a confirmed appointment.
Duration, location, date, total price and any travel, parking or hotel costs are agreed beforehand. Appointments are agreed outside the website by phone or WhatsApp. This website does not process online payments.
Prices and costs
Total prices including applicable taxes: 60 minutes €65, 90 minutes €95, 120 minutes €125.
- Up to 20 km driving distance from Diest: included.
- 20 to 40 km: €15 travel surcharge.
- 40 to 60 km: €25 travel surcharge.
- More than 60 km: prior quote.
- The customer pays for the hotel room. Parking and other hotel costs are disclosed and agreed before commitment.
Payment and cancellation
Payment on location in cash or by Revolut. No online payment, deposit or prepayment through this website.
Cancellation is free, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. No automatic fee or penalty applies. Applicable statutory rights remain intact.
Statutory withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance or off-premises contract, the period is generally 14 days from conclusion. Notify the provider clearly by phone, post or the form below.
The service may begin within those 14 days only at your express request. The withdrawal right is lost only after full performance, provided you gave prior consent to performance and acknowledged that this would end the right. If you withdraw while performance is underway, only a proportionate amount is payable where the legal conditions are met. Any payment received is refunded without undue delay and within 14 days using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without fees. Applicable consumer rights remain intact.
Appointment confirmation
Appointments are made by phone or WhatsApp. Where legally required, you receive the agreed information and contract confirmation on a durable medium before the service starts.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
You may also use another unambiguous statement. Keep a copy of your notice.
