Data provided by phone or WhatsApp is used to answer your enquiry and, at your request, prepare or perform an appointment. The basis is taking requested pre-contractual steps or performing the contract.

The chosen language is stored functionally under the legitimate interest in remembering your explicit language choice. Necessary technical security data may be processed under the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available. Legal records are retained only where an applicable legal obligation requires this.

• There is no contact form, visitor analytics, advertising tracking, profiling or automated decision-making.

gigolot-lang is stored only after you choose a language and expires after six months.

The website is hosted through Lovable with a connected backend and may be delivered globally. Lovable states that service providers may process data outside the EEA and that appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are used where required. This project’s selected region, current named subprocessors and exact log retention periods have not been verified.

A phone link sends no message data to this website. WhatsApp opens only after your click; the website does not store the pre-filled text.

WhatsApp then processes data under its own policy and may use its own recipients and international transfers. Hosting and technical suppliers may receive data needed to deliver and secure the website.

The language preference expires after six months. The website stores no booking messages. Phone and WhatsApp communications outside the website are retained only as needed for the enquiry, appointment, disputes or applicable legal duties. The period depends on purpose and legal necessity; automatic deletion from WhatsApp is not promised.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Requests are generally free; the law may allow a reasonable fee or refusal for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests. Identity may be verified proportionately.

A response is generally provided within one month. Complex or numerous requests may be extended by two months, with notice during the first month. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or another competent authority.
